Privacy
The short version: I do not track you, I do not sell anything of yours, and I only keep what you write to me so I can answer.
Who is behind this
Tranquia is a personal project by Antón, in Gijón (Spain). For anything about your data, write to me from the Ask me page.
What data I handle and why
- What you write in the form: your email, your name if you give it, and your message. Only to answer you.
- Nothing else: the site uses no cookies, no tracking analytics and no ads.
Why I am allowed to
Because you give your consent when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com), the service that forwards your message to my email.
- Google, my email provider.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and handles technical data such as your IP address to show you the pages.
These services may be outside the European Union.
How long
As long as our conversation lasts and, at most, one year after. Then I delete it.
What your own device keeps
If you install the site as an app, your browser keeps the pages so you can read them offline. It also remembers whether you chose Windows, Mac or Linux in the guides. None of that leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, from Ask me. If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
